You get free access to the Holiday Home-portal and you can record, manage and change your holiday accommodations. For each of your holiday accommodations, you get your own website under the domain www.holidayhome.net in 10 languages, which is generated automatically based on the information in the Holiday Home-portal. You correct the information yourself only by the change in the Holiday Home-portal.
Anyone with holiday accommodations can use the HolidayHome-portal. Even if you are already listed somewhere, you can stay there if you wish. We just supply the missing portals. The HolidayHome-portal supports the following offers mostly: holiday house, villa, cabin, bungalow, chalet, mobile home, apartment, studio, city apartment, hotel apartment. Others will follow.
The costs for the channel management, the customer service and the booking processing are calculated on your net rental price. The booking commission for the portals is also included in the final rental price. HolidayHome calculates about 20% on your net rental price and covers all costs including commissions of the portals of up to 15%. There is neither an registration fee nor a basic charge.
