You indicate the price you absolutely want to get. HolidayHome and the mediator company Holiday Home Interholiday AG will calculate 20% commision on your price, with this all costs covered. You will get what you demand. You can change the prices every time, adjust discounts or can be advised by your supervisor.

At the moment HolidayHome lets the renters pay by invoice, credit card and soon also with SEPA-transfer. We pay the landlords by bank transfer. Another alternative is the payment on spot (key against cash payment in Euro).

Not all the channels accept payment on spot for this reason we suggest bank transfer.

All data will be strictly confidential handled according to the GDPR. They are exclusively saved on swiss servers and are securely watched over.

HolidayHome will never publish landlord and renter datas. All employees are governed by a strict professional secrecy. The only exceptions are controls of responsible swiss authorities or to support in an investigations of criminal offences.

We don’t calculate the value added tax and we have verified this multiply by the tax authority of the responsible Kanton.
