Start with the object list. Here you can search for the holiday object that you want to edit. On the right-hand side, choose from the functions that are currently available:
Your occupancy calendar shows you all occupancy in a clear form. If you want to reserve a date, e.g. for a regular customer, then that's no problem. You can also release a date again because a reservation has not been confirmed, etc.
You should always keep the photos of your rental properties up to date. In this way, you also ensure, among other things, that the exports to Airbnb & Co. work properly. Properties with photos that are too old are very often rejected by the portals.
So: start the photo upload in the app and upload previously taken photos or take new ones. We have compiled tips for the best photos in our photo guide.
You can call up an overview of all bookings and payments directly in the app. For further processing or simply to save, you can send the lists by e-mail, for example.
With the Holiday Home landlord app you will have everything important at a glance in the future. We are working hard on further development.
